I simply cannot get over how amazing Megan + Christians Wedding was yesterday!
Megan + Christian are such a fun, adventurous and loving couple and I have been looking forward to their wedding for a while now. We had so much fun during their engagement session that I couldn’t wait!

When I arrived Megan was getting her makeup done, and the bridesmaids were getting their hair and last minute details ready. The boys arrived just in time for me to get some great photos of them! After that we did first looks as well as bridesmaid and groomsmen photos. The ceremony was a favorite moment for me, the father of the bride did such an awesome job starting the ceremony, his speech was heartfelt and really thought out.
After that we had a blast taking the official portraits, then we headed to the ceremony. It was amazing to see all of the dances and fun moments everyone had.

How he proposed:
On October 29th, 2016 , Fred proposed. Christian and I had gone to Santa Fe for the weekend to visit his mom on her vacation. We were set to go to her favorite spot: Ghost Ranch. Ghost Ranch, in Abiquiu, is a beautiful, scenic spot where famous painter, Georgia O’Keefe lived and painted. I had absolutely zero suspicion as to what would happen here, since this trip had been planned for a year. When we got to this gorgeous place, I couldn’t wait to hike to the top. Once we reached the top of Chimney Rock, I was so blown away by the water, rocks and overall beauty below us. I perched up on a rock and started taking pictures with my phone. All of a sudden I hear Christian call my name, I turned around, and he was on one knee. Never in my life have I been so utterly shocked and happy at the same time. I have known this amazing man since I can remember, and have dated him for five happy years. In that moment, all of our history began to come back to me. I pictured playing in the snow with him, going to prom together, starting college together, and millions of other moments we shared. Never has a commitment been so easy, and never has my life been more complete. He may have made it official in this beautiful part of the country, on the top of a gorgeous mountain… but our hearts have known this love for many years. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life remembering this amazing day, and I can’t wait to come back to where I said yes. I love you Christian, thanks for making October 29th so private, beautiful, and special! I can’t wait to marry you, and spend the rest of my life working to surprise you the way you surprise me.
